If you receive any good that are damaged on arrival we would appreciate a photograph if possible so we may report the damage to our carrier. The damaged item will be replaced (stock levels allowing) we would arrange collection of the damaged item and delivery of its replacement, and on the majority of occasions this would be at the same time.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us undamaged and ideally in their original packaging within 14 days. For heavy items, please call 01452-883874 and we will organise collection directly with our carrier. The returns cost is a direct cost to you and we regret that this cannot be refunded.
